Sabrina Cadriel has been directing pageants for 20 years.  She took over Direction of YAMI/YMI Pageants in 2015, turning it into a premier system with an emphasis on Community Involvement, Character and Confidence.  In 2024, Sabrina introduced a special rose ceremony, pinning all former and new queens into the Upsilon Mew Iota sorority.  "We always say, YAMI is Family!" is Sabrina's favorite quote.  The YAMI/YMI family continues to grow every year and so does the sisterhood of Queens!
 

Lynn started out in pageants in 2008 being crowned Mrs. Wisconsin United States of America in the very first pageant she competed in. She's been hooked ever since!  Lynn was named YAMI Ambassador in it's first year and has been involved with the YAMI/YMI pageant family ever since. "Pageantry helps women build confidence and poise while giving back to their community," says Lynn. "The best advice I could pass on that I have learned is that one must stay true to themselves. You have to believe in yourself and stand up for what you believe in. Everyone can't win a crown and you most likely won't win every pageant you compete in, but at the end of the day if you can say you did your best, then you already won the ultimate prize."  Lynn was named a YMI Lifetime Queen in 2023.
