Contestant/Legal guardian signs to accept ALL guidelines and rules of YAMI verbal or written. I understand my photos or likeness may be used in positive media. I understand that I will be scored by a fair panel of judges on my Application Community Service Photo and on stage events and any finale event. There are no refunds for any reason and the judges decision is final. All winners of any titles or prizes must be present to receive awards or titles. I promise to be a good sport at all times and strive to be a positive role model. The top 5 at Nationals will present in formalwear and total scores will determine the outcome.
